Already doing a voter registration drive on-campus?
If you are collecting paper registrations, these registrations can count toward Ultimate College Bowl! The following conditions must be met :
- All registration activity must be conducted in compliance with the rules of your individual institution, as well as federal, state and local statutes.
- All registrations services must be provided without regard to party affiliation, political beliefs, race, gender or sexual orientation.
- Unless prohibited by law*, photocopies or scans of voter registration applications must be sent to the address below.
- An ENTRY FORM must be included with each submission of voter registration applications, either via mail (with photocopies) or e-mail (scans).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING COPIES OF VOTER REGISTRATION FORMS*
By mail (photocopies):
Place completed ENTRY FORM on top of photocopies of voter registration applications to:

By e-mail (scans):
Complete and scan ENTRY FORM and send with scans of voter registrations applications via Sendspace or other similar service to tech@ultimatecollegebowl.com
NOTE: A completed and signed ENTRY FORM must be included with each submission to be credited toward Ultimate College Bowl standings. Only an authorized representative of a learning institution or a student group may submit voter registration applications to be credited toward the Ultimate College Bowl standings
NEVER send original voter registration applications. Photocopies and scans only.
* State law in Maryland, New Mexicao and Virginia prohibits the recording of copying of information contained on voter registration applications. Therefore, Ultimate College Bowl will not accept the submission of copies of any voter registration applications for these states.
